COMICS: Adventure Seeker on an Empty Street
A DRAGONBREATH Short comic
Yeah, a comic. If you’ve followed me for a while, you know that DRAGONBREATH was a can I was kicking down the street for a while. I mean, look at it this way: it was going to be the series I was going to do after VIGIL closed in 2005, but it became ZOMBIE YEARS.
It was always on the sidelines, and many MANY MANY a sketch was done here and there, but when approached a while ago (2014) by RED STYLO to work on an anthology of theirs celebrating Queen (KILLER QUEEN), I was like, hey let me throw this at it, and boom, you got the short you are about to read:
WHOO, hope you dug that. I know it's a bit cheesy, but I think that was the thing with QUEEN, right? It was a bit cheesy, over the top, and operatic, but fuck, man, they make you move! Hopefully, this did the same for you!
And Yeah that is MERMOZ GUILIAMET, featured in the first DRAGONBREATH short stories I have on here, doing the thing he loves, like a violent Indiana Jones meets Aragorn? I don’t know, but yeah, same guy. Originally, I wanted to do a comic series. I might still do it, but it’s one that, if given half a chance, I would just write and maybe have a couple of different artists take whacks at it. Interested? Hit me up, you never know!
